Executive Forum has an immediate opening of Consultant to (1) reviewing organizational data and conducting analysis within an organization with specific concentration in executives and management training; (2) designing, planning and preparing effective training programs based on the needs of the organization; (3) preparing and implementing training budgets and manage and coordinate delivery of training programs to clients; (4) creating and implementing staff development programs that support the organization’s succession planning objectives and fostering a highly effective management and leadership structure; 5) producing training materials for in-house courses including usage of multimedia visual aids and presentations; (6) providing individualized executive coaching as required to help create high-performance teams at the senior leadership level; (7) conducting interviews and collecting feedbacks for evaluating training programs; (8) researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present research findings for business review; (9) providing leadership development educations, support, and process measurement to assist clients with the development of strategic plans; (10) working with other consultants

Requirement: U.S. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Psychology, Human Resources or closely related discipline plus 5 years of experience in the industry.
